So we left seatac on a redeye to Dulles on Sunday night. After 14 hours of waiting in Dulles for a Monday night flight to Buenos Aires (crossing our fingers the whole time to make it on a plane standby during tourist season) we made it on the flight. 12 hours later in B.A. 10:30am Tuesday AM and finally booking a hotel from the airport terminal to find the cheapest closest one in town. Good thing the Argentinians live by ciestas in the middle of the day - needless to say we are still exhausted now. A full nights rest is much needed.
We´re planning to spend the next couple of days in the city exploring and then hopefully will be able to book a bus down South to the Patagonia area (a 36 hour ride) to Rio de Gallegos. We´ll let you know if we get tickets tomorrow morning.
So no pictures for now.....we look a bit like train wrecks - but incredibly happy to be here. What an adventure!!!! (Yes the steak is as good as they say it is according to Andy)

Yeah glad you made it! Looking disheveled and being exhausted is a small price to pay for the great adventure ahead. However, make sure you look really nice for all the pictures. Glad the steak is working out too!
